Five minute warmup followed by a 2.25( 12 laps) tempo run, then 3x740( 2 laps0. Kinda queasy during the tempo, but finished hard in the 740s. 10 minute cooldown afterwards. 2 lap splits were 1:59; 2:00, and 1:55.8
