Another hard ass hill workout. Kicked my ass slightly less than last time. Really great workout though.
Started taking more rest than the guys on number 6 or so, took that one off and stuck with them the rest of the way. Girbino also took one off and Chippy did one extra to help us finish.
sled work: 45lbs, 15 lbs. Time to bump weights up I think
