Treadmill

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Ran for about 45 minutes on the treadmill today. I started off at a 2.5 percent incline at 8.5 pace and after about a mile and a half I increased the incline to 3 and slowly increased the pace every mile. The treadmill said that I ran about 6.5 miles but effort wise it was definitely more than that. Afterwards I hopped on the bike for 20 minutes for some recover and did core after.
