Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Felt tightness in my hamstrings during the first few minutes of run, but it went away. Weather was decent. I am glad I was able to get a long run in and a progression. I didn't feel all that good. I don't think I was running nearly as good. It felt a hair harder than it should have, but I have been working hard this week. Mile splits were 8:11, 7:45, 7:35, 7:24, 7:13, 7:04, 6:50, 6:43, 6:29, and 7:42. I had to work hard for the last rep, but it was still aerobic. If I had to go 6:20 for the next one, then I think it would have gone overboard.
