103. EASY RUN.

Weather: hot, windy, sunny, mid 50s.

Comments:
first half of my run felt super good but then got worse from there. my nostrils were burning and i started to get really light headed and nauseous :( oh well..

splits: 9:52, 8:53, 8:50.

extra: 3x25 pushups, 3x50 crunches, plank circuit, 50 squats.
