Pool Run

Comments:
I jumped in the pool by myself, it wasn't so bad. I was struggling to come up with a work out but then I ended up giving myself a pretty hard one. I was out of breathe for most of it.
Workout:
10 minute warm up
5 minutes hard 4 minutes easy
4 minutes hard 3 minutes easy
3 minutes hard 2 minutes easy
2 minutes hard 1 minute easy
1 minute hard 1 minutes easy
10 minute cooldown.

I want to try to do 3 miles on the treadmill tomorrow and then ellipitical the rest.
