Went to Meg, she thinks its the way my walking gait. I walk on my toes, keeping everything constantly flexed? Not sure. I heated, stretched everything for about 1 hour, Meg stretched me out more too. We decided not to ice because I wasn't doing anything today. Em gave me her knee band that she used when she had IT issues. I wore that all day.
