felt pretty decent today. my quads burnedddd by the first mile but i stuck it out. breathing was pretty good :) intended to take it easy today but i picked it up by the second mile.
extra: 3x25 pushups, 3x50 crunches, plank circuit, 50 squats.
splits: 9:45, 9:06, 9:31.
