Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran on treadmill at gym before leaving for GLIAC Indoor Conference meet. Ran 2.5 miles easy and then did 6 x 3:00 on/2:00 off. Ran first 3 on's at 6:00 pace and then the last 3 at 5:50 or so. 1 down for 8 on the day. Some weights and core after. Felt ok. Not too bad for a morning workout.
