Even though I'm still pretty sick I felt good during most of he workout. I realized halfway through the workout that the recovery wasn't a jogging recovery but a rest. So after the first two 800's I stopped doing a jogging recovery. In the middle of the workout I got a cramp and felt a little dizzy but I just kept going. I went just a little faster than my pace. During the 200 I stayed relaxed and focused on form. Earlier in the day I watched the indoor state qualifier for section 4 there was some really good races especially from Ben cardamone, Peter Kane, and Jared Moore. I also watched the swimming state meet.
