Comments:
First official day of track and I am pretty pumped up. The coaches spoke of the season for awhile before we started running. I was suprised by how many people were on the team especially the huge number of freshmen we had. We had an amazing showing of distance guys practically everyone from cross and more. Afterwards we met with our new coach and then went on the run. Dan pushed the pace but it was just what we needed. It felt great to go that fast again and a lot of the guys stayed right up there. Afterwards we did 6 progressive strides. Stretched and rolled afterwards.
