eh, decent run but my shins/calves were so fucken sore and my breathing was really off by the first mile. only did 2. eh..
splits: 9:38, 9:29, 4:10 (0.5 miles).
extra: 3x25 pushups, 3x50 crunches, plank circuit, 50 squats, 4x10 bicep curls on 25 pounds, 4x15 tricep curls on 35 pounds, 3x10 pec pushes on 40 pounds, 4x10 standing calf raises on 100 pounds.
