A few Boynton miles

Comments:
Saturday team builder today. We did a warmup of about 2 miles that actually felt pretty fast, then we shoveled off the track for 2 hours as a "team builder" It felt like we were out there for awhile. Me and Nick John cleared off the entire pole vault area and the distance guys cleared like 150 meters of the track. After we cleared it off I jogged a few laps around the track just for fun. I think I pulled a muscle in my back because this one part of it hurts a lot. Im just gonna count this day as basically a off day.
