Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran from my high school to my county park and did a loop in there. After 6 miles I stopped to time the workout the high school runners we're doing in the park. When they finished, I ran back to my high school, doing 2 extra miles today. This run was very hilly today so I just do a regular run tomorrow. Felt really comfortable today at a pace that is faster than my usual regular run days. Lifted afterwards.
