Weather: 62 and nice!
Comments:
Ran in middle of day before practice. Ran Dublin loop and then added on a mile around campus. Legs just tight and flat for some reason! Felt better after 5 miles and last 2. 4 x 120 strides on track after. Great day out and ran without a shirt! Spring is coming!
