Stewart Park workout

Comments:
We started today with a warmup around the track which since I was the last one out to the track b/c I was tying my shoes, I had to catch up with everyone. Then we did a jog through Fall Creek and to Stewart Park. We did a workout of 3 minute tempos with a 30 second jogging recovery between each tempo and each set consisted of 2 three minute tempos. We were supposed to do 4 sets. I felt fine during the first two tempos but in the middle of the third I felt a pain in a muscle of my left leg. It only hurt about every 10 seconds while I was running at a fast pace. I think I tweaked it doing the 100 progressive sprints because I felt it then too. So I had to stop after only 2 sets of the tempos. When I was jogging back to the high school it didn't hurt at all which was weird. I went and iced it for a while when I got back. Coach said that it was just a minor injury and should heal quickly and I'm hoping so. I haven't really been injured before, even if this is a minor injury and I'm just gonna play it smart.
