Started a little late on this workout around 5 pm. My sickness seems like it's starting to die down a little. I found a long grassy strip so I just ran on that. But once I got started the combination of the sickness and the 90 degree weather sorta got to me I just felt terrible. But I just decided that I wanted to gut it out and I did 8 2:30 tempos. I had 30 secs in between each tempo I hope I get better soon. Did 10x100 at mile pace with a jog back afterwards. Also the tempos distance were guessed based on pace.
