Comments:
Took 2 ibuprofen or else couldn't do workout. Pain was minimal at a 1. Ran 4 miles warmup in total. Ran 3 sets of three 300's with a mere 100m run in between. Ran in trainers and was aiming for around 52's. Went 52, 53, 52 then 52, 51, 53 then 52, 53, 49. Legs were a little tired on account of minimal rest. Went 42 miles last week which is higher than the past weeks with this stupid injury.
