Exercise Type: Swim
Comments:
I was sore and I couldn't stand the pool any longer. I did a regular run and worked on my form. I did some extra excerises with Meg. I did bands and core on my own.
I got vitamin D supplements, and went to a chiropractor. It was my first time going to one so idk we'll see how I feel but I'm definitely tired from it. I'm icing now. Im not sure what else I can do.
