Comments:
Woke up early for this run around (7:30). I got out there and I was just feeling good and I was determined to get a longer run in since I haven't gotten a very long one in, in a good amount of time. I went to this really nice park that was huge. I went through their trails for most of the run. About 50 mins in I crossed the street to a nice golf course that was also very big I did a loop and came back. It was about 65 degrees today so it was perfect for running. I mostly stayed on grass for the run, but also was on dirt and sand so I was able to adjust to different terrains. I wish I was able to run with the guys since it sorta sucks running by yourself for this long but other than that it was a good run.
