Comments:
No ibuprofen, just took the pain. Suprisingly not sore from yesterday. I am however sore from doing my prescribed glute/hip flexor workout tim Bailey gave me. Pain at a 3.5 today. Finished with 100m strides then 150m rest x 6 On the track. I feel like I'm getting used to being in pain all the time.
