Comments:
Woke up early to do this workout so I could get out of the heat a little, but it was still pretty hot.
Workout was:
5 sets of 2' on/1' easy/1' on/30" easy/30" on/2' easy
I took the 2' intervals a little below tempo pace then the 1' interval was about mile pace and the 30" intervals around 800 pace. The recovery after each rep was about 8:00 pace. The mileage for each were guessed based on my that I was going for. I felt like I went harder each set, but it also got harder because I could feel myself breathing harder. I tried to push the 3rd and 4th set because those are normally the ones that are the hardest. I did the workout today because I'll be flying back tomorrow and will only be able to do a shorter run.
