Wild Wings(sample) run

Comments:
Had a good warmup then me Neil Connor Ian Ronan Silas and Noah went to do a wild wings. We started out pretty slow but progressively picked it up during the run not on purpose. We decided to go on a trail along the railroad tracks instead of along the inlet but the mileage wasn't very different. We made a few stop on the way back(we were a little hungry). After that we did some strides and abs.
