Pre-race run

Comments:
Coach said to sleep in today and run later. Woke up with a lot of phlegm and sore throat and bad congestion. Went for a 4 miler. First mile was bearable, but 2nd mile started feeling really fatigued and congested. Turned back and had a pretty miserable 3rd mile, not sure if i should go to meet tomorrow.
