Scheduled for 3 400's with 5 min rest. 60's or better.
Had Allie come to the track to time me. It was super windy at Cuesta but still went on with the workout. It was my first workout in spikes.
Ran 60.8, 60.1, and closed in a 58.5! Great workout and felt great! Took 2 ibuphrophen tho
