Comments:
For dryland we did some new dynamic warm-ups followed by three sets of 6 new drills and stretching. I did not run like everyone else before stressing. For ice we did slow form work with our arms hanging to work on maintaining our form. After slow skating/warm-up we did sculling, one leg hold, and inside corner practice. We finished ice with a slow relay working on form and pushing.
