Weather: 55 and windy!

Comments:
Rode with Tom from the Sr. Center down the rail trail to Loomis RD and back. Added on 4 miles when I got back! Head wind all the way out which was tough, but much better coming back. Only pushed for about 2 miles coming back so It was a nice controlled steady ride. Rode 21-22 most of the way back! Then ran 4 miles after.
