Comments:
Felt pretty fresh after the day off yesterday. Calves are still a little sore but it didn't slow me down. This was a short, non-taxing workout that took a long time only because of the long jog rest in between. I haven't run anything under 80 seconds in months so this felt a little quick but the rest was long and the reps were short so it didn't feel too bad. We hit between 78-79 for just about each rep and the jogs were nice and slow but we never stopped, always went right into the jog and right into the reps. Definitely a nice way to get the legs moving. I wish I had drank a little more water
