Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Since there was a meet going on there was only a few of us there. It was me Neil Soren Niall Hunter Conor and Lucas. We started doing a extended light house. But some of the guys found a frisbee and wanted to play a little. I wanted to keep going but instead we did a boynton mile and played a little. We finally got to run after that so we headed out and did a foot bridge. On that last stretch back to IHS I twisted my ankle and it was fine at first but got worse as time went on. I was having a little trouble walking. So we had a team ice bath in the locker room. I was in the water for like 16 minutes. When I got home I iced and elevated my leg it should be good for tomorrow. Didn't have my watch so distances are based on time and pace.
