Tempo Time!

Weather: A little warm, but good.

Comments:
Mile warmup.

First time doing tempo in a while, ended up going out fast. Decided to hold steady and cut from 30min to 25min, which makes sense since this was the extra tempo workout I added to the plan.
Unfortunately didn't have time to cool down, had to rush to class.
