Weather: 80 and so nice
Comments:
Ran 2 miles up and then stretched. Then did 6 x 3:00 on/2:00 off. A little over 1.5 down for 8 on the day. Ran between 5:55 and 6:05 on on's. Warm and windy out but a good workout. 30 miles on bike after.
