Comments:
Before PT I did 8x (20x KB Swings 24kg, 5x press alternating arms each round)
We ran 5 miles for PT. Actually had a big group so that was nice. Went down Ardennes up Reilly and back on Gruber. Stopped a few times along the way to do burpees, pushups, and squats.
