Comments:
Ran around a dirt path and a lake in my neighborhood. I had Moe'so for lunch around 2:30 and ever since that i felt full. Even running at 6:45 my stomach felt awful and the food was bouncing in my stomach the whole run making me feel nauseous. It was also very humid and pretty warm so I was feeling kind of lousy. My legs felt pretty fresh though so the pace was decent even with a few rolling hills in the middle
