Comments:
Fox Cities Marathon, 2009.

No major problems, race went real well. After starting first couple miles pretty slow, picked up pace and held it. Took splits every 7 miles aiming to stay under an hour each. Did it with relative ease. Pace was pretty consistent throughout race.

Took Berry Blue Jelly Belly Sport Beans between 45 min and an hour, non-caffeinated Gu Energy gels at 1:50 and 2:45. Took water at stops around when took energy, and gatorade when wasn't.

Was having a hard time keeping stuff down after race for a couple good hours, feeling good and bad like a rollercoaster.
