Weather: 84 and so so nice

Comments:
Ran from my place across town and to downtown and Loons Stadium. Then back through town and over through Plymouth Park. Then home via Sugnet. Very tired from yesterday's 61 miles on bike. Struggled a bit but still feeling strong even when I am tired. A great run! 180 pounds when I got done. My lightest weight in 2 years!
