Weather: upper 80s?, getting humid

Comments:
Got a ride over to AU with Danny to supervise Tristan's workout. Ended up jogging 2 or 3 laps with Tristan near the end and then jumped in for one sub 6:00 paced lap. Jogged back to school with the Giraffe after he clobbered the workout. Can't say I felt particularly good, but that is to be expected as I claw my way back into shape this next month and acclimate to these temps.
