Comments:
Ran from home. Ran 1 mile up and then stretched and strides. Then a 3 mile controlled tempo in 17:48. 2 miles down for 6 on the day. Felt good even though I am still a bit sore from riding and then the 10 miler. Struggled the last k of this one. 20:00 and then off on the bike for 21 miles.
