Comments:
Stayed on the grass for the whole run. It was good to have Lucas back too. He seemed excited for his last race so I hope he does well. I felt energetic after last nights ice bath and my legs felt fresh but a little stiff. We did some hurdles after we got done. Also we practiced our handoffs for the 4x8. Me and Ian also did 4 100s at 800 pace. Like 15 seconds or so. I did stretching and rolling at home before I went to bed as well.
