on short office, Aidan and I arranged to meet up at my house at 4pm. Did the Somerset Perimeter loop in the counter clockwise direction with an extension through Chrvy Chase. Perhaps it should be known as The Pillard Path?

Felt like I was working harder than I'd like, but maintained a decent pace. Still, it wasn't fast enough to call this 5.5 miles.
