Comments:
I went to overpeck park and ran on the track. A 5 and half year old kept me company for 100m every lap. She was a nice distraction. It got hard with 3 laps to go but that was because of breathing. Feeling pretty confident about coming back strong, i know strength will come. First mile was 7:34, so I definitely dropped pace.
