Comments:
Ran at 6:45 again this morning. I drank a bunch of water when I got up but still felt really tired the first half of this run. The first and last mile were flat and I hit some large hills in the middle 4 miles. My splits ranged from 7:42 (huge hill) the second mile to 6:25 (flat) the last mile. After the halfway point my breathing just got a whole lot easier and I was able to really open up. Turned a terrible run into a strong one. I guess my body woke up after mile 3. Core after
