Comments:
Had a great run after work. I used my phone for time, and decided to do quarter splits on the track. To my surprise I wasn't all over the place, I was 1:49 almost every time. Felt good, wasn't really tired until lap 6 but then I was able to push the last two. I met the Rutherford track club coach, he was pretty nice and told me I could run with them whenever I felt like it. So maybe when I get a bit better.
Right now my back is sore-ish
