Felt really good. Forgot to focus on tightening the booty and lower abs for most of it but I was moving pretty well for most of the run. Started thinking about the final conference 4x4 of my career and how sick nasty it would be to take on Patrick, no naturally I got pretty amped up and ran a bit harder for some of it
