Fartlek workout

Comments:
I'm starting to get a little sick now. Great perfect timing right before states. The workout today for me was:
3x 1 min at 3200 pace w/ 1 min recovery
3x 1 min at 1600 pace w/ 1 min recovery
3x 1 min at 800 pace w/ 1 min recovery
5 min recovery in between sets
Set out on a warmup around Stewart then did the workout on the lacrosse fields next to the track. I felt like doing the workouts on the grass instead of the track for today. I felt strong throughout the workout felt really good. On accident after the first 3 reps I was supposed to take a 5 min recovery but instead I took only a 1 min recovery but I still felt good while doing the mile paced reps. When I got to the 800 paced reps I was a little tired but not too bad so decided to push them and take them faster. I did a cool down through fall creek then did hurdle series afterwards. Also accelerations.
