Couldn't run yesterday due to a storm. I'll make up for it later. Today was the Mark Fraser! I forgot to put my watch on mile splits so I don't have that. We did 14 minutes, 1 minute rest, 13 minutes. The first 14 minutes I was at like 9:45 pace. The 13 minutes I was at like 9:15ish pace. I'm actually not sure, but those are good guesses. I did really pick it up a lot the last 8 minutes of the workout. I really started to hammer the hills. Great workout. It was very wet though and it started to rain in the middle. I lost my footing a few times. I couldn't sprint down the hills due to slippery surface. Good effort even better mental strength booster. This workout makes you really work hard the last few minutes when your legs are done.
