Comments:
I didn't have my mile splits on today which sucked! Nice good pace. Slowly picked up the pace throughout the whole workout. First 1.5 miles were pretty easy. I wanted to double later in the day, but I didn't get the chance to. Hopefully, I'll be able to double tomorrow night.
