Comments:
Ran from my place a neighborhood loop. Then 4 x 100 meter strides. Felt pretty good except for foot but it actually was fine on some parts of the run. New shoes and Brooks! I like them. Trying gel inserts on ball of foot to see if it will hep foot pain.
