Comments:
Mile splits were 7:58, 6:48, 6:37, 6:40, 6:59, 7:11. Workout was to make each mile 10 seconds faster than the previous, I wanted to start at 6:50 and end around 6:10 if I was feeling it. It was humid, but no reason why I should gas at 6:30 pace. As soon as I picked it up to around 6:25-6:30, my legs shut off. My endurance is nowhere where it needs to be. I have to get my mileage up. 6:30 should be able to feel a breeze. Not happy, but still looking at the long term picture.
