Comments:
8:08, 7:38, 7:32, 7:34, 7:34, 7:40, and 7:19 pace for last half mile. First run back since my dehydration thing. Planned on 9, but didn't feel it really. I felt really good at the beginning, but then I was just feeling a little tired. I probably could have run like 7-8, but I wasn't feeling like it. Be patient.
