Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Mile splits were 8:03, 7:35, 7:35, 7:36, 7:38, 7:46, and 7:46. Planned on doing like a 1 hour run/8 miles. I ran when it was like 90 degrees and sunny. Sun doesn't go down until like 8 and I ran at 5:30, needed to be home for dinner. I felt pretty good the first few miles, but then the sun kind of got me. Mentally, this was pretty tough, but I was pushing really. Just need to up the mileage.
